Everything about a worker in one place

Most providers run their workforce across an LMS, a spreadsheet of expiry dates, a shared drive of contracts and supervision notes in somebody's notebook. CORA puts all of it on one record per worker. Training, credentials, contracts, policy sign-offs, onboarding, supervision and performance reviews sit together, so nobody is cross-checking four systems to answer one question.

It also stops the whole thing living in one person's head. In most organisations this is held together by somebody part-time, it is rarely in their position description, and it walks out the door when they leave.

The evidence is already there when someone asks

Audit preparation usually means rebuilding evidence from scratch, chasing certificates, and hoping the spreadsheet is current. With CORA the record builds itself as people work. Seven registers export as PDF or CSV, including the training register auditors ask for by name, and an audit view shows every requirement in the Standard's own words alongside where it is held.

You stop finding out about lapses too late

The expired clearance you discover during an audit is the expensive one. Every ticket, check and licence carries its expiry, upload a certificate and CORA reads the printed dates and applies them, and renewals are chased before they lapse rather than after. Filter to everyone expiring and chase them in a single action.

Workers are not spammed either. Each person gets one email listing everything due rather than one per course, at roughly one nudge a week, whichever part of the system generated it.

You know who is actually ready

A completion tick tells you somebody clicked to the end. It does not tell you whether they would make a reasonable decision at 7pm on a Sunday with nobody available to ask.

Because every decision inside a scenario is scored, you can see where judgement is strong, where it is thin, and where a team is divided: different workers, one scenario, different answers. You find the gap in a training scenario rather than in someone's living room, and you know which coaching conversation to have with whom.

New starters are set up in one action

Onboarding is where evidence is either captured or lost for good. Named processes per role mean a new starter arrives with their documents, credentials and training pathway already assigned, and progress is worked out from the records actually held rather than a checklist someone has to remember to update.

Supervision you can actually show

Supervision that happened but was never written down is worth nothing when it counts. CORA runs it on the cadence you set, shows who is overdue, and captures observations of practice on shift. An evidence pack prints any date range.

Training they will actually do

Courses are built for a support worker on a phone between shifts. Most take under an hour in ten to twenty minute pieces, and they use realistic situations with plausible options rather than one obvious right answer. That is the difference between clicking through and taking something in.

Training built on your own plans

Generic content was never written for the people you support. Turn your own policies and procedures into a course, with AI-assisted drafting or built by hand, and assign it by role, team or the participant it relates to. This also matters for the Emergency and Disaster standard, which asks for workers trained in your plans specifically.

Only what you need

If you already run part of this elsewhere, Credentials, Documents, Policies and Supervision can each be switched off, and nothing is deleted. Workers join by invitation link with no IT setup, and pricing is per seat with the rate stepping down as your workforce grows.
