You pay for editors only - anyone who builds or changes dashboards, reports, notebooks or apps. Viewers and auditors are free and unlimited, so sharing a dashboard with the whole company costs nothing extra.

Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, free and with no card. Nothing is charged when the 14 days end: the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Dashboards, reports, notebooks and apps all stay, and always-on apps go back to waking when someone opens them.

AI usage is paid from a prepaid balance. Every account starts with $20 of AI usage and Pro adds $10 every month. Top up $10 at a time, or turn on automatic top-ups, capped at $50 in any 30 days. The balance never expires.

Pro includes 750 compute hours and 5 GB of storage per editor each month, shared across the workspace. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at $0.02 an hour and $0.10 per GB a month, as separate lines on the monthly invoice, after a free measuring period. Exports reset at the start of each month: 3 a month on Free, 15 on Pro.

Enterprise is custom: volume pricing for larger teams, invoicing by agreement, an audit log and help with setup.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply. Pro renews monthly on the day you bought it and can be cancelled at any time from billing settings. We sell to businesses in the EU and the UK with a VAT number, and those invoices carry the reverse-charge note.
