Pros
Instead of boring the hell out of you making a long list of all the things I like about AC, I would resume them in just 3 "little" things I care of:
- Reputation: They REALLY care about sender reputation. And, you know... an email that doesn´t get to my suscribers is like loosing money out of my pocket. So, I´me really happy the way they´re handling things on this department
- Ease of use + functionalities: Most other services only offer one of them things. But I want them all. AC covers all my needs regarding this issues (and I´m a choosy guy, you know).
- It´s scalable!: This is a biggy. As your businees grows, you´ll have a new set of needs when it comes to automation. AC scales as your business thrives so you don´t have to switch companies never again.
Cons
I´m a Spanish user and would love a full Spanish translation (at the moment we hace a partial translation) for Spanish users.

I was able to get the platform fully functional within one week, including linking it with my website and CRM system. If is very easy to update contacts and create new automations.
Pros
Very easy to use: can quickly set up many automations, easy to create contact sub-groups, and send out email campaigns. If you have any issues, their customer support is outstanding!
Cons
While pretty good, the email marketing module is inferior to MailChimp.

I've been using ActiveCampaign for over 2 years. It's OK at what it does. Nothing special, nothing too bad.
Their customer service however is the worst I ever experienced. If you have a question, you have to open a chat and talk to people that don't know much about the process. They convert the chat into a ticket, and then you have to wait over a week to get them to say anything.
Pros
Automations are easy to implement. Easy interface
Cons
They increase prices by over 30% without letting you know beforehand. You have to find out "accidentally". You have to wait over a week to get any word from customer service. I've yet to receive a helpful response.

I think it is a little tricky to start using it and I think its also expensive.

It was the safest for data protection that was super important to me. In the end the support was great as well.

Great customer service and marketing automation capability. Also, it integrates with almost anything.
Cons
I was using an industry-specific version of the platform, which was not a good fit for my needs. Learning how to get the most out of the marketing automation was rather complex.
