## Overview

### Key benefits of Orpheus

\* Know your real occupancy: people counted by floor, zone and meeting room, hour by hour, live and over months.
\* Right-size the office with evidence: see the empty floors, the unused rooms and the real daily peak (45 % of desks on an average day in our 2026 report).
\* Meeting room booking in Outlook, Teams and Google Workspace, with a screen at every door.
\* Rooms that release themselves: bookings nobody turns up for are freed after ten minutes, and early endings free the room too (18 % of booked meetings stay empty).
\* Walk-in booking: a group that sits in a free room gets it booked, without touching a screen.
\* The right room for each meeting: invites get the room that fits the number of attendees.
\* Wireless screen sharing in every room with Cast: a USB-C dongle puts your laptop on the room's screen or in the video call.
\* Comfort under control: CO₂, temperature, humidity and noise, with alerts that open a work order in your CMMS.
\* Zero IT: no building work, no cabling for battery sensors, nothing on the company network, no images recorded.

Space shows it live and over time: the peak of each day, the floors and rooms that sit empty, comfort (CO₂, temperature, humidity, noise) and monthly reports for leadership. Workplace and Real Estate teams use it to decide how many desks, rooms and floors they need, with real use instead of badge swipes, bookings or Wi-Fi estimates.\n\nMeeting room booking that adapts to real use\nMeet adds a screen at each room's door, synced with Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Teams) and Google Workspace. With a sensor in the room, meetings check in by themselves, bookings nobody shows up for are released after ten minutes, a group that walks into a free room gets it booked, a meeting that ends early frees the room, and each invite gets the room that fits its size. People book on the spot or extend at the door.\n\nScreen sharing in the room\nCast turns each room's screen into wireless screen sharing: a USB-C dongle puts your laptop on screen or in the video call. While the room is free, the screen shows the day's meetings and announcements from your Workplace team.\n\nAlso included\nComfort alerts with a work order in your CMMS, staff canteen occupancy in real time (Cafe), an open API to take the data to your BMS or BI tools, and an MCP server to ask Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini Enterprise about your office.\n\nDeployment\nNo building work and nothing on your network: wireless sensors and our own LTE hub. Our team plans the installation with you and helps you read the data. Used by Roche, Bayer, SEAT:CODE and other large companies across Europe, including the UK.","image":"https://images.g2crowd.com/display-layer-screenshots/2162595/2d3646fa2924a70cf98eba6ee57fd7ab2c938a5d5c9a8a7a835adfec7e296dee.png","url":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2382433/orpheus-2","@type":"SoftwareApplication","@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2382433/orpheus-2#software","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/#organization"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud"},{"@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Meeting Room Booking Systems","position":2,"item":"/directory/1559/meeting-room-booking-system/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Orpheus","position":3,"item":"/software/2382433/orpheus-2","@type":"ListItem"}],"@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2382433/orpheus-2#breadcrumblist"}]}
