    A Very Useful Product With A Few Gaps

    I have been using SAP Concur to log expenses and turn them into business reports for several years. My normal usage is related to travel, but I have often used it for standard purchasing.

    Pros

    The best thing that SAP Concur offers is an app and a website that can work well together. SAP Concur worked best when I captured day-to-day expenses with the app and then sat down and put my reports together on the website. The SAP Concur travel booking functionality is also quite useful, and I appreciate booking all of my travel options on one website.

    Cons

    The hardest aspect of SAP Concur to work with was the occasional issues that arose when a captured expense would go to a different area of the website or get attached to another expense report. This rarely happened, but it always took a few minutes to fix those issues.

    Nobody connects expenses and invoice like SAP Concur. Automate and connect finance systems and track every employee initiated expense. Excellent features which are very helpful.

    Overall, I would give SAP Concur an average grade. There isn't any features that "wow" you enough to love it, and not enough to "hate it". Many improvements could be made to make sure that you are getting the best out of the service that you can.

    Pros

    From a basic needs standpoint, SAP Concur fits the bill. Its simple enough that just about anyone can use it without problems.

    Cons

    There is a lot of room for improvement with SAP Concur, specifically in the expense portion. It takes longer than wanted to receive notification on transactions posting, along with a completely different looking interface from web browser to mobile device - which causes a lot of confusion.

    Excellent. One of my favorite work software options. I'll be happy to use it for a long time to come. It delivers all of our business needs.

    Pros

    Concur is a great asset to our company. It helps our AP team keep oriented and focused. All levels of management generally seem to find it easy to use. Uploading and classifying receipts is super easy for all of us. Payment processing is very automated now. We will continue with Concur long into the future, as well as other SAP products.

    Cons

    It can take a few days for receipts to hit your Concur account. It doesn't really affect anything for me, as I try to do my reports the second week of the next month after it all clears.

    Excellent experience. People across the business have reported that it is an excellent software, easy to manipulate. The fact that there is an app makes it much easier to not loose receipts/tax invoices. Very positive across the whole business.

    Pros

    The ease of use, the fact that people can use it on the mobile phone, the fact that there is an app on Appstore and Android store for it!

    Cons

    The cost is maybe high but I guess you pay for good quality software!
