> **Pros**: The best feature about this software is that it's all electronic.  Prior to using JustFOIA we sent emails to numerous departments asking them to send us their reply and any attachments which we then printed and filed in a folder.  The requestor then received a general synopsis of the department's replies and any attachments.  It was a hot mess\!  Now everything from internal discussions, uploads of requested information, invoices and external correspondence is easily found in one location.  It is so convenient to go back and search/review old requests.
