Overall happy with the system. There are always improvements we wish were available, and Paycom is willing to submit these suggestions as future improvements - but the system works for our needs with an employee count that falls within the 200-500 range.
Pros
The functionality just makes sense. We are able to use all of the benefits of the system together to have some automations within our HRIS system.
Cons
The lack of integration with other systems. We really want our other vendors/retirement services/etc. to have 360 integrations.

Pros
Paycom was a more cost effective payroll and vacation tool than its competitors.
Cons
I disliked the onboarding and learning curve it took to become proficient in using the software.

Pros
I appreciate the surveys we get from leadership. It has a centralized location for reviewing company documents and completing training. Everything HR related is in one easy place.
Cons
Although I enjoy the training, it seems to have limited capabilities.
