> **Cons**: You need to be paying attention. Their billing practices are unusual. A stated policy (I have a copy of the chat transcript if required) is that they do not provide advance warning of pending annual subscription charges. We longer use the app due to change in our direction and we should have cancelled the subscription. That is on us 100%. This morning, we received the receipt for our freshly paid subscription paid through 11/30/2025 that also indicated a 25% increase in year over year subscription costs.
