OpManager is a versatile tool with a reasonable price. It offers many tools and this helps butgets of customers as configuring only the necessary modules at that time. Their licensing is mainly based on their module selections and this ability helps customers in a good way. Additionally, they have standalone and distributed structures which is found very adaptable for the customer environments. This only makes the product is a good choice.
Pros
The product is easy to use and covers most of the needs for infrastructure monitoring. Additionally, it has many modules which can be added like Network Configuration Manager, Netflow Analyzer, OpUtils, etc which helps network teams to get the most out of a monitoring platform. Once you're familiar with the UI (which is very short time), you begin monitoring immediately.
Cons
OpManager is a great tool but new features comes into the product a bit slow. Additionally, application and network monitoring concepts begin to intertwine with each other today but this is a bit slow for OpManager because I believe OpManager and Applications Manager (app monitoring tool) began this journey separately and now they're being merged in a manner of time. It's not bad but it can better.

It has been great so far. It's working well for us. We like that it's easy to setup & intuitive. Customer/ Tech support is always fantastic whenever we need help.
Pros
We are using a few of their products. They work well, easy to use, intuitive. Their support team is knowledgeable & easy to work with.
- Easy to setup.
- Reasonable pricing.
- We like the agentless monitoring.
- Support team helped us during/ before/ after implementation.
Cons
- Vmware physical CPUs cannot be monitored. There are 24 virtual CPUs & once the physical CPU goes over the threshold, there are too many alerts.
- URL monitoring - kerberos is not supported.
- Downtime alerts - OP manager & App manager have separate downtime scheduler. One overall downtime schedule would be convenient.
