> I really enjoyed using Google Voice on the free level, but our business grew, and we decided to stick with Google Voice, but move to the business level. We were not informed that we had exceeded our max message/call limit. We were just cut off.&#10;To do this we had to purchase a monthly subscription to Google Workspace. &#10;This product is not built for my type of company, a mobile cat grooming service, but really nothing is, and we are forced to run our business on a patchwork of apps. We were hoping for more functionality and consistency across our platforms once we decided to upgrade to the Business level of google voice and thus jump in with Google Workspace.&#10;The transition was pretty hard for our company.&#10;We had no phone for 2 weeks while we transitioned. Ill say that again. If you have Google Voice at a personal free level, and you want to go to a higher level, you have to pause your phone lines to do the transition. &#10;Then each person in my company needed an email, or so I was prompted, at a fee per user, of course. None of this did we need. &#10;We just wanted to use a higher level of google voice. &#10;So here we are, we are using it for about a year, and Im noticing that we don't have the needed functionality that I was promised in my sales call, namely an SMS auto-responder that integrates with google voice.

> **Pros**: Google Workspace makes it super easy to share files back and forth with my employes\! Everything updates instantly and we can all access anything we want, from wherever we want. The cloud storage makes it so I never have to worry about a file going missing or getting corrupted on our traditional server. Since we have been using Google there have been no major bugs or issues that have interrupted service. When there is a bug issue being investigated, Google makes sure to promptly send out updates regarding the issue and keeps you informed every step of the way. As the person in charge, having access to Google Vault really seals the deal, I can never live without it at this point.

> **Cons**: I am not a huge fan of Google Sheets and it is hard to pull myself away from the functionality of Excel, but the convenience of Google Sheets being a quick and reliable web-based platform really makes it worth it when we have to collaborate as a team.

No more remoting into the server through a third-party screen mirroring system, no more downtime trying to get an updated copy of something.
