Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a multi-language, multi-currency enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. The solution is designed for midsize and larger companies, and is fully customizable and extensible through its rich development platform and tools. Dynamics 365 offers a range of tools for sales, customer service, field service management, talent acquisition, finance and operations, retail, project service automation, marketing, artificial intelligence, mixed reality, and more.

It is a great apps that helped us a lot of to maximise our finacial visibility, it is also easy to use

Cons

some features are hard to tinker with and It needs some customization for our need and sometime it gives us errors

It looks like it might integrate well with quite a lot of other areas of the business.

Cons

Not very intuitive, slow response. Takes a lot of time to get it working in such a way that you can find it useful.
