Cute, gets the job done well, nice emails letting you know you paycheck is coming and more. Very easy to use when considering JUST payroll. > > **Cons**: When Gusto incorporated Elevate to run FSA, it has literally been a nightmare\! It's so bad, we don't want to do FSA anymore\! Literally, just this week, we had an issue with a credit card transaction denied from a pharmacy. When we checked with Gusto support (which can only be done by AI or via email if AI starts messing up), it was because a pharmacy was marked as a non-FSA entity. A pharmacy? It was such a mess that what was 100% automated by the doctor and pharmacy, the pharmacy couldn't undo the transaction and was going to send back the prescription. The family had to go in person to the pharmacy, use a different credit card and not be able to use their own FSA money. Then, in Gusto attempting to fix the bug had the audacity to ask for a receipt for the transaction. Really\!\! A receipt for a denied transaction. Before I would ever recommend that great payroll that Gusto has been, they need to either stop doing FSA all together or find a partner that does FSA well. > > Up until the transition to Elevate and processing FSA by Gusto, everything was fine. My dog is now barking at the mail man that is walking down the street.
