Very easy to set up and to use. Very cost-effective, one-stop shop for all your hr needs. > > **Cons**: Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very simple. Not expensive and a complete hr tool for your company's needs. > > Great customer service. Very cost-effective. Very efficient. It gives you many options for all your hr needs. ----- ### "Great option for small businesses" — 4.0/5 > **Charity** | *4 June 2026* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: Gusto is easy to use and provides a solid payroll solution for small businesses. Payroll processing, employee onboarding, and tax filings are easy and efficient. Their customer support was responsive and helpful whenever questions or issues came up. The overall value is strong compared to similar payroll providers, offering a good balance of features and cost. > > **Cons**: While Gusto generally works well, some advanced features and integrations may not be as robust as those offered by larger company focused payroll services. As a small business user, this wasn't an issue, but businesses with more complex HR or payroll requirements may eventually outgrow some of the platform's capabilities. > > Overall, I've had a positive experience with Gusto Payroll while managing a small business. The platform was reliable, easy to use, and handled payroll processing efficiently. Employee onboarding, tax filings, and payroll administration were straightforward, which saved us a significant amount of time. ----- ### "Good ingredients, but too much packaging and inconsistent deliveries" — 3.0/5 > **Matthew** | *6 June 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 2.0/10 > > **Pros**: The recipes are generally tasty and easy to follow, and the ingredients are usually of a good quality. Compared with some meal kit providers, Gusto doesn’t seem to cut corners on ingredients, and the variety of meals available each week is decent. The service is straightforward to use, and meal planning becomes much easier when everything arrives ready to cook. > > **Cons**: The amount of plastic packaging is excessive. Almost every ingredient seems to arrive wrapped separately, which creates a surprising amount of waste each week. I’ve also experienced occasional delivery issues, including missing ingredients, spoiled food, and even meat or fish being included in a plant-based order. While customer support is generally responsive and tries to compensate for mistakes, refunds are usually provided as account credit towards a future box rather than resolving the immediate problem. > > My overall experience has been mixed. The food itself is usually enjoyable, and the quality of the ingredients is often better than expected. However, the service isn’t always reliable. When ingredients are missing or unusable, you’re still left needing to visit the supermarket to complete meals you’ve already paid for, which defeats much of the convenience that meal kits are supposed to provide. Customer service does make an effort to put things right, but compensation in the form of future credit means you still end up spending additional money to solve this week’s problem. It’s a reasonable service, but there are better alternatives available. ----- ### "Mucho Gusto" — 4.0/5 > **SHANNON** | *13 August 2026* | Medical Practice | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: The feature I like most about Gusto is that it will allow you to run payroll as often as needed without extra charges for standard processing and it allows new hires to enter their own information regarding direct deposit and deductions which is time saving for administrative. > > **Cons**: The thing I like least about Gusto is that customer support is only during weekday hours. There is no weekend availability. > > Overall, Gusto is very user friendly platform that allows you to link benefit deductions as well as calculates your taxes and withholdings. It also handles your W2 and 1099s. Although the basic package is affordable you can run into higher costs for essential addons such as time tracking. ----- ### "Go For Gusto\!" — 5.0/5 > **Heather** | *26 March 2026* | Mental Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Gusto has wonderful ease of use for everyone. It's easy to enroll, navigate, and see everything you need all in one spot. > > **Cons**: The only downside, which is very minor, is you cannot see your upcoming pay. It will show you that it's on its way with a deposit date, but no paystub until it has been deposited. > > Gusto is so much better than the other platforms we have used\! It even has a chat for your company employees. One employee can also have more than one account, if needed, but just one login, making it very easy to use. ----- Page: 1 / 171\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/91057/gusto?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/91057/gusto) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
