I find it really easy to use Acuity Scheduling when am scheduling for meetings whether with work colleagues or with my clients. It is very easy to use and takes less time to schedule especially with the auto scheduling function. Acuity Scheduling has offered me the most impeccable experience i would ever ask for.
Pros
Acuity Scheduling has an auto scheduling feature that makes it easy to schedule for meetings automatically without my intervention. I like how well designed the user interface is and how easy it makes to interact with all the available features. Acuity Scheduling also has automated notifications and reminders that keep me on alert to never forget a scheduled meeting.
Cons
For the long period i have used Acuity Scheduling, i have not come across anything I don't like. All features are outstanding.

Pros
Acuity scheduling is very intuitive and well organized. The features are easy to use and very customizable.
Cons
The newest update has several prompts for the customer to book and pay directly through the app, allowing Acuity to collect another fee in the process.

Acuity was work to figure out all the functions, and the handbook helped somewhat. However, I struggled with the follow up emails that would auto change sometimes. But scheduling was a breeze.
Pros
I liked the ability to set up appointments and send to clients with automatic follow ups that I was able to create
Cons
Not all of the functions worked properly all the time - follow ups would say a place different than what was set up in the program
