The platform is riddled with bugs, and despite having already paid for two months of the subscription, I still haven't even been able to connect my web page. Support has been completely unhelpful. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received generic responses or been passed around with no real resolution and pure rudeness from "Support". It’s clear that their support team is either overwhelmed, undertrained, or simply unwilling to provide the assistance customers expect especially for a paid service. Despite the numerous issues I’ve reported, nothing has been fixed and I’ve seen no progress in resolving the problems. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I regret putting any trust or money into this software. If you're looking for a reliable vacation rental management tool, I highly recommend looking at other platforms. Lodgify overpromises and severely underdelivers.
