Overall, ok experience. The benefit of being able to advertise on their platforms outweighs the frustrations: constantly removing targeting options that are helpful for us, always making it harder to build custom campaigns versus their AI suggested, and the nonexistent support is frustrating when we have ads that get disapproved.
Pros
I love the self-serve options and customizations
Cons
How glitchy it can be when loading campaigns or trying to publish ads. Also, I've been working in it for 10 years so am well-versed, but for newcomers it's definitely a good learning curve to get maximum benefit out of it (and not be taken advantage of by all their AI options that are automatically suggested).

Meta has been a great tool for increasing traffic to my website. As I stated above, the UI needs to be improved to speed up the process of ad creation.
Pros
The ease of use in finding a radius to target with ads, as well as the ease-of-use in launching the ads themselves.
Cons
The UI (user inerface) in the backend seems very convoluted, as is the process of connecting a website by embedding code.

Basic social promotion but ads need to be dialed in and be wary of promotions

Pros
I like being able to post content to Facebook and Instagram and I like how WhatsApp has been able to be customized more for businesses
Cons
I don't like how they promised me and ad credit for running ads and they never delivered on their promise

I am satisfied with the results lately, but it's hard to work on it. Sometimes it takes too long to load the features. There are some features they have changed that it's not good for Local Business, but on the other hand, the campaings work better than 2 years ago. Their advantage plus option is very recommended nowadays.
Pros
It works fine, because it has a lot of audience. Besides, the Advantage plus is working really fine after a few years using it. Meta is working good to auto-optimize the campaigns we work on.
Cons
It's very slow to work in it. It changes too quickly and sometimes it's hard to find the features we need. Besides it would be nice if it shows better reports of the actions and campaings.

Cons
Sometimes not working smoothly - not posting content, or some options not working. Direct help could be reached more easily
