As much as I love open-source software, for many reasons, the benchmark has been set very high by Microsoft Word, especially the desktop version. It is 100% worth every penny. It's easy to create, edit, read, set up macros, and more. I can use the templates to create anything from blank documents, to forms such as applications, contracts and more.
