I like the simplicity of Brevo a lot

Pros
I like that it's so easy to use and it integrates easily with most of other marketing apps. I was looking for a solution where I could simply build a list and focus on marketing automation and sending impactful email marketing campaigns. Brevo allows me to do just that and the great thing is that it's inexpensive and I can increase my sending limit easily if necessary. Great tool for smaller creators.
Cons
Perhaps the user interface could look a bit more modern, and it would be nice if I didn't have to pay extra to remove Brevo's logo from my email campaigns.

Great Value Bulk Mailing Platform

Pros
It is better value for money than sending our mailings out via mailchimp with a better and easier UI. This has meant we have been able to bring our entire database to breve and use their subscription form which is much easier to update/ tweak than our previous version.
Cons
When a recipient unsubscribes from one mailing brevo unsubscribes them from all mailings, rather than just the one list/ mailing they did not want. This is very frustrating as we unnecessarily lose subscribers.
When asking for country location on the subscribe form, I had to manually import/ type the names of every country for people to chose from rather than it being an existing field that brevo has as a template.
Billing was confusing for accounts as it says send in blue rather than brevo.

Pros
As a small business owner, the thing that attracted me to Sendinblue was the pricing. At the time I was using this, my marketing emails were fairly low-tech and with a few trade-offs, I was excited that I could send to unlimited contacts using the free plan. It also offered some customizations with the free plan other services didn't, and I felt like the pricing for larger lists was extremely fair (as I was hoping to stay with them).
Cons
The backend was a bit clunky and felt fairly outdated, but I was willing to overlook that for the price. After setting up my lists, default settings, first email, etc. I got a notice that I would have to go through verification before sending my first email. The process was RIDICULOUS. I had to schedule a call with someone in France (which seemed odd, but okay). My call was rescheduled twice and then ultimately canceled. After a month of trying to verify, I ultimately switched providers. After having gone through all the setup work, I never even got to send out anything more than a test email to myself.

We switched from Campaign Monitor to Brevo and are more than happy with this step. I took less than a week to set everything up and even without long training the team was able to send their first campaign. Thank you!
Pros
I like the ease of use so that we can concentrate on design. Every technical aspect as delivery and spam prevention is managed by Brevo in the background and we can just use the software. Moreover I really like the backend-layout – by no means outdated. Thank you for developing the free shopware plugin. As a medium-sized company we rely on well integrated solutions and do not have a big budget for individual programming.
Cons
EU privacy laws are complex and difficult to understand. As Brevo was founded in Europe, France I wish there would be a little more support/training or even software/cookie-solutions in this direction.

A solid all-in-one marketing platform with only minor compromises

Pros
The all-in-one nature and ease of use. Automations are super easy to set up which I love, and it's really nice being able to look at a contact and see the whole history of interactions across different channels in one place.
Cons
The CRM party (Brevo Deals) unfortunately doesn't have multi-currency support, and when managing client accounts as a web agency I need to pay for and upgrade my email marketing plan if I want my team to have access to a client's email marketing which makes no sense to me.
