OneDrive

About OneDrive
OneDrive is a secure access, sharing and file storage solution which enables users to store and share photos, videos, documents, and more anytime, anywhere via any device, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles. Offering a centralized platform, OneDrive gives users quick access to all of their photos and documents. OneDrive allows users to keep all of their favorite photos and videos safe, even if something happens to their device, with remote device wiping technology.
Users can also share files or entire folders, like photo albums, without attaching anything. Since OneDrive works with Microsoft 365, users can create, edit and share their documents easily. OneDrive supports other collaboration tools such as real-time co-authoring, which allow users to work with anyone inside or outside of their organization. Users can use built-in search and discovery tools to find relevant files quickly.
Native mobile apps for Windows, iOS and Android give users the flexibility to access and share files on the go, via any mobile device. OneDrive also supports a number of security features including device access rules, device reports and remote device wiping. Users can also track which files are being shared, and with whom. In-app sharing enables each employee to seamlessly share and set specific access permissions for their files, based on the organization’s settings.

Fantastic. No more files on desktop or on local machine.
Pros
Cloud on your computer feature - sync a folder and you have cloud files at your fingertips.
Cons
removing a synched folder from your machine might delete it from the cloud. Have to factor that in all the times

My overall experience with OneDrive has not been the greatest. It is buggy at times, it has file name, and file path size limits, and sometimes it deletes files out of nowhere. However, it isn't all bad, it integrates great with the Microsoft ecosystem, it is relatively cheap, it has amazing cross-platform accessibility, great collaboration features, version history, and offline access. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless your company relies on Microsoft365.
Pros
OneDrive seamlessly integrates with the Microsoft ecosystem, it is relatively cheap, it has cross-platform accessibility, great collaboration features, version history, and offline access.
Cons
OneDrive has a file name limit, which means that, when a file name is longer than 255 character, it will not sync. OneDrive also has a file path limit. When the path exceed 400 characters, it also won't sync, which can be inconvenient at times. Sometimes, OneDrive will delete files out of nowhere. These can be easily recoverable, it's just annoying that it happens in the first place.

I use it every day. I sync my documents as I have two computers I use and smart devices. I have rarely had any problems personally. Some of my staff, who are not as "tech savvy", have had issues with the overall system.
Pros
Syncing documents across devices is easy to use once set up. It can work with documents and saves synchronously. Some users love that OneDrive works across Windows and syncs with many areas of OS.
Cons
Initial set-up can be tricky if you are not familiar with the platform. Microsoft is very pushy about getting users to sign in and use services. It can be not very pleasant at times.

I've used OneDrive since it's roll-out & have become very comfortable with its use, so much so, that I see it less as just an optional tool at my disposal, but a characteristic & vital element of my computer.
Pros
Its existence! What an underappreciated tool this is for users; to have backups of all your documents/files that is accessible from any place at any given time.
Cons
The built in, and enabled, and difficult to disable, functionality such as reminders of what files you worked on a year ago or photos that you took a year ago - not interested and occupies valuable screen space.
The constant requests to enable camera backup from your phone
