Every 1.3 seconds, somewhere in the world, an employee tracks time with QuickBooks Time. Thousands of companies in 30 countries trust our time tracking and reporting technology for record-breaking (and record-keeping) success.
QuickBooks Time is the magic ingredient to making it all work; employees fall in love with how easy time tracking is. Truly. Versatile, mobile and accessible, it’s all about the experience. Employees can track time anywhere, any way they want—using a computer, mobile phone, tablet, GPS-enabled app, text, dial in number and so much more—with clock in / out punch card or manual timesheet flexibility.
All this adds up for everyone, from HR and IT decision-makers to employees clocking in and out every day. QuickBooks Time is the #1 employee rated and requested time tracking system on the planet. This core passion makes a real difference for bottom line productivity and accountability across the board. With QuickBooks Time, owners and managers can keep track of everything—employees, locations, notes, job codes, even paid time off, vacation and holiday hours—in real time.
Then, they can report it all with data driven precision, running payroll, billing and invoices against time tracked, making calculated accuracy a way of doing business. If desired, administrators can also often instantly sync timesheet data with their existing bookkeeping software, even integrating with QuickBooks in just one click.

QuickBooks time is complete trash. Intuit took a marvelous product (t-sheets) and destroyed it by trying and failing to integrate it into other programs it didn't need to integrate with. Maybe it's better if you begin using QB Time fresh and you didn't have to survive the transition from t-sheets. I wouldn't know and it shouldn't have made such a difference. Utter failure, Intuit. Utter failure.
Pros
I used to LOVE t-sheets because it was amazing. When it was t-sheets it was simple and did exactly what it needed to do: let you track time for one person or a team to specific projects. It had a wonderful reports feature that let you run reports by client or project or employee for multiple types of time frames. It was glorious. WAS being the operative word. Then Intuit bought it and did what they always do: tried to make it integrate with all their other products. Unfortunately, integrations are the thing Intuit is worst at as a company - and also the thing they just keep trying to do all over the place. Once it was "integrated" with all the other Intuit products it stopped working properly. It tried to merge un-related data from QuickBooks and over-wrote project details and time tracked to those projects. It became unusable so I had to switch.
Cons
The integrations do not work. Once t-sheets was fully morphed into QB Time and was "integrated" with all the other Intuit products, it stopped working properly. It tried to merge un-related data from QuickBooks and over-wrote project details and time tracked to those projects. It became unusable, so I had to switch. Very disappointing.

Employees' time is tracked accurately and the payroll process is streamlined thanks to weekly Time Tracking reports that are emailed to HR and project managers.
Pros
QuickBooks Time makes it simple to keep track of time spent on tasks on a daily basis, submit a weekly timesheet for evaluation by management, and fill in the appropriate time sections. It also keeps tabs on all projects assigned to you directly.
Cons
As Quickbooks continues in the correct direction, I haven't come across any drawbacks or complaints. As a user, I didn't think it was necessary to update the comments whenever there was even a slight change.
