Analyzing the various features of Zoho CRM one must tell that in terms of functionality, it offers all the benefits of a modern CRM system. The lead tracking and customer interaction tools of the platform have enhanced our communication capabilities by far.
Pros
To the best of my knowledge, Zoho CRM has a unique feature, which is an artificial intelligence known as Zia that can analyze future sales trends and trends in general.
Cons
We have noted that switching between two different modules is not easy and may sometimes even appear imprecise, especially if it is being done by a novice.

One of my favorite things is the reporting and analytics. The insights we get are super helpful for making better decisions, and I feel like we’re always one step ahead of the game. The mobile app is also a huge plus—I can keep up with everything on the go, which is a lifesaver.
Pros
I've been using Zoho CRM for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game changer for my business. The interface is super easy to navigate, and I love how customizable everything is. It’s really easy to set up the system the way I need it, and that’s made a huge difference in how my team manages leads and tracks sales.
Cons
Nothing to report as a negative as it is very user friendly.

I don't like the UX
Reviewed on 05/03/2024
Pros
Zoho CRM emerges as a powerful tool for businesses, offering seamless management of sales, marketing, and customer support operations. While its intuitive interface facilitates navigation, I found it slightly less familiar compared to other platforms. However, its customization options and overall effectiveness make it a standout choice for boosting productivity and efficiency in business workflows.
Cons
The interface, while intuitive, may initially feel unfamiliar, requiring some time for users to fully adapt. Additionally, while the customization options are extensive, some users may find them overwhelming or complex to set up initially. Despite these drawbacks, Zoho CRM remains a strong contender in the CRM market, particularly for businesses willing to invest the time to unlock its full potential.

Zoho CRM has been a great tool for managing my customer relationships. It’s packed with features, but it’s still pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Setting up workflows and tracking leads has helped me stay on top of things and keep my sales pipeline organized. It’s not the simplest CRM out there, but the learning curve is worth it because of all the customization options and integrations. Overall, it’s a solid platform that’s helped me streamline my business processes.
Pros
One of the best things about Zoho CRM is how customizable it is. I can tailor it to fit my exact needs, whether it's creating custom fields, layouts, or automating workflows.
Cons
The support is not always great, sometimes it can take a while to get back a response that is worth while.
