Customizable workflows , where the tool can be customized based on the project type and needs like agile and scrum.
Powerful issue tracking, where you can track the project issues and you have dashboards to monitor and prioritize
Multiple plugin options
Cons
Though , it is an issue tracking tool , i doesn't have an inbuilt testing toll feature. We need to integrate this with third party tools for testing.
Availability of lot of plugins are creating chances to over doing the info and makes it complex

Quite frankly, there's not a lot to like about Jira! Under the right circumstances, used correctly, it might make task management less worse than if not using any software at all...
Cons
It doesn't seem to make much sense. People don't know how to use it. It's not user-friendly at all, so everyone ends up frustrated from the managers setting up the tasks to the team members collaborating on them. It just doesn't seem intuitive. It's also slow and glitchy as anything. It takes forever to load, comments disappear, and so on...

Pros
Jira is a great tool that helps you to track and manage different projects within your organization. I am also fond of the time tracking and project management features that offer a wide range of possibilities for the beginners and savvy users.
Cons
Setting up your first project and workflow may be a little difficult at the beginning, but luckily Atlassian has made it as easy as possible. Also migrating from hosted to cloud instance may be a quite a headache if done incorrectly, so definitely it would be great to understand your company needs for the long run and then decide how you implement your Jira!
