WikiPro is a customer communication platform designed to help small businesses in the legal, finance, accounting, and marketing sectors engage with clients by requesting reviews, electronic signatures, payments, and more. Administrators can create tasks with summaries, descriptions, priority status, and due date, assign them to team members, add comments to streamline coordination, and track workload through reports in real-time.
WikiPro allows organizations to communicate with clients via existing landline numbers, access interactions in a shared inbox, and use texts to start video chats and send appointment reminders. Supervisors can manage reviews across Facebook or Google on a centralized dashboard and receive payments via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, and Google Pay. Accountants can also add a chat widget to corporate websites to capture customers' information including name and phone number and receive notifications about their queries on a centralized platform.
Using WikiPro, businesses can create customizable templates with required documents, name or pin, and other specifications to request electronic signatures from customers. Managers can securely receive files from customers via two-factor authentication and single sign-on (SSO)-enabled links.
